MGM Fitness is also TRX Certified so you can experience flexibility, endurance and core stability with over 300 different ways to use TRX exercise. If you are ready for change, ready to get serious about your health. Then your in the right place. No excuses no gimmicks. Hard work and Dedication is what I ask of you. I offer one free session to anyone who is interested in personal training. This session usually last about one and a half hour. I go over my style of training and evaluate your level of fitness. This gives a base line on where to start and setting future goals. Regular sessions usually run about one hour. They consist of warming up, training and cool down stretches.
