About DeLand Naval Air Station Museum
The municipal airport was transformed into a Naval Air Station in 1941. This naval air station has in the past trained patrol bombers, dive bombers and so forth. Now, the site has been developed as the DeLand Naval Air Station Museum. Included in the National Register of Historic Places, this museum houses a collection pertaining to military and affiliated avenues.
