VIBES Gourmet Burgers is an exciting new restaurant in downtown Concord, where we are committed to providing the ultimate burger experience for our guests and to doing our part to strengthen the greater Concord community. Our handcrafted burgers start with Open Prairie Natural Angus®. Raised on ranches and 100% vegetarian fed, this fresh, premium-quality beef contains no added hormones, antibiotics, or artificial ingredients. Our signature brioche buns are baked fresh daily by our neighbors at Bread & Chocolate Bakery and our sauces and pickles are made in-house from the freshest ingredients. We also offer house-made veggie or turkey burgers and gluten-free options, as well as a kid’s menu, and sliders for catering-to-go. VIBES is proud to source products locally and regionally whenever possible. At Buza we have 9 flavors of Gelato and always coming up with new ones. If you’ve never had Gelato, you owe it to yourself to try it. Gelato is made with milk instead of cream, so it has 74% less fat than ice cream, and we use only the freshest of ingredients. Our dairy free sorbet’s are like biting into a just picked piece of fruit, tasty and refreshing. Buza also carries ice cream from Gifford’s, a family owned creamery in Maine. We have twelve delicious varieties to choose from. Along with Chocolate, Vanilla and Coffee, maybe it’s time to try Fly Fishing Fudge, Cake Batter, or Peanut Butter Pie for something different.
